Psychodynamic work with groups
Stages of group development, roles and how they are distributed, Bion’s basic assumptions, boundaries and the leader’s frame.

Psychodynamic coaching in business
The organisation as a system: conflicts of interest, the leader’s anxiety, resistance to change, the consultant at work inside a team.
Teaching webinars
A weekly theoretical session with discussion of participants’ questions.
Supervision
Cases from participants’ practice examined with the institute’s faculty.
Process group
A weekly experience of being in a group — the principal instrument of professional formation.
Three-day intensive
Immersion in group analysis through continuous work.
Schedule
One evening a week
Sessions run on Wednesdays in Zoom, in real time, with cameras and microphones on. Being present is a condition of the work rather than a formality: a group process exists only through participation.

Questions
What people ask most often
Do I need a background in psychology?
No. Our participants include executives, coaches, consultants and psychologists. What matters is readiness for sustained group work and interest in the unconscious side of relationships.
Can I take part from another country?
Yes. The programme is fully online and was designed as an international one. Sessions run in Zoom.
What if I miss a session?
Teaching sessions are recorded. The process group is not recorded: its value lies in being present.
Is there a selection process?
Yes, admission includes an interview. It serves both sides: the programme is demanding of a participant’s involvement.
What happens after graduation?
Graduates gain access to the second stage, to supervision and to the institute’s business club.
